Spring Break Poem

Spring Break Poem
By Ian

My spring break started off slow, like watching water boil.

I slept all day, and then stayed up all night.

The snow melts as it dampens the dry soil.

While my dog runs in, all wet and no site.

Sitting in my room talking to my bro.

We are eating our favorite snacks.

Playing our favorite games, on a roll.

Going camping outside, shooting the rats.

Went to a couple parties, had a blast.

Eating all the cake didn't help out.

Running around, playing with the kids like past.

All the kids were happy, no one pout.

Over all, my spring break was very, very fun

But the sad thing is, all of it is done.

  1. Dear Ian,
Your story was jovial and creative.
I could say that you had the incentive,
To assiduously make a fine Spring Break.
I wouldn't even say that it was fake.

The mere thing was that you could've,
    And possibly should've
Look at your words for errors in misspelling of any kind.
Other than that I couldn't see anything else to find.
